Non-destructive testing instruments

Langry NDT

Rebound hammers, rebar scanners, crack detectors, adhesion and pull-out testers, pile integrity and ultrasonic pulse velocity equipment — for testing concrete and structures without cutting them open.

All products and industries

Test the structure where it stands

Non-destructive testing answers the questions a core sample is too slow, too expensive or too damaging to answer: how strong is this concrete, where is the reinforcement, how deep does that crack run, will this anchor hold. Langry builds the field instruments that do it, and we calibrate them against certified anvils and reference standards.

Products

The full Langry range

Field-portable instruments for concrete, mortar, coatings and structures.

Rebound hammers

Concrete and mortar strength by rebound: RH225-B digital, RH225-A, RH75-A, RH450-A, RH550-A and the RH20-A mortar hammer.

Rebar detectors & scanners

Locating reinforcement, cover depth and bar diameter: RS350 integrated scanner, RS250, RS150 (LR-G150) and TD6.

Crack detection

CWD800 for crack width and depth, FS500 for crack depth and FK202 as a dedicated crack width detector.

Adhesion & pull-off testers

Bond strength of coatings, renders and repairs: automatic PA10, manual P6 / P10 / P16 / P25 / P40 and AT10-M.

Pull-out anchor testers

Proof-testing installed anchors: APT50, APT100 / 200 / 300 and APT500 / 1000 for higher force requirements.

Pile integrity & ultrasonic

PIT8300 low-strain pile integrity testing and UPV2100 ultrasonic pulse velocity measurement.

Penetration & thickness

SJY-800B and SJY-1000B penetration strength testers, and the FT90 floor-slab thickness gauge.

Testing anvils

Calibration standards for rebound hammers: GZI and GZII bench anvils, GZIII and GZIV portable anvils.

Industries

Where Langry equipment is used

Construction

Residential, commercial and industrial builds, and retrofitting or strengthening of existing structures.

Infrastructure

Buildings, bridges, tunnels, roads and rock assessment, including condition surveys of ageing assets.

Oil & gas

Rig structures, pipeline integrity and rock testing in support of drilling and production.

Manufacturing

Paper, textiles, paints and coatings — particularly adhesion and bond strength testing.

How ACS supports it
